I ordered 2 shirts and had them add custom text that I picked. They were good quality and looked great! I had the finished shirts back in 2 days. Very positive experience!

I appreciated the option to bring my own scrubs for embroidery instead of a big to purchase specific scrubs for the task! The whole process was clear, and they completed the order within the time we discussed! It’s nice to have something go so smoothly as a new business! One less thing to have to worry and stress about.

The staff is willing to stop and help get your file ready to print. After asking for help at 3-4 other printshops, I walked into Big Frog expecting the same response. My files weren't in a format they could work with; my files were one thing or another. One lady even told me I should change it all together and as AI for help.
The guys took my stupid word file created it in another program, fit it to a shirt and printed it. Done. And I was very happy not to be criticized about what other companies were doing and how I should do it.
This last order was my 4th time around with them and the service still stays the same.

The shirts were designed well and are made of good quality material. They seem like they will last for a long time. And the design was also very nice and something that our Cadets really liked. It’s definitely their favorite shirt since they participated in the Explorer Conference.
