I was a first time customer and was greeted right away and was quickly receiving help from a very knowledgeable young lady, After explaining what I wanted, she was able to bring up examples on a screen and . I chose one and paid for it - very reasonable. A few days later I was informed that it was ready for pick up. The product was perfect and just what I wanted. I was a happy customer and would happily return.

Great quality sweatshirt - wonderful fabric and loved the fact that the inside of the hood was the same fabric! My granddaughter loved the personalization! Also love the fact that we can see and actually touch the fabric versus ordering something online that we have no idea what the fabric may be.
