The shirts were perfect. Their customer service not so much. After a week of not hearing from them, I went into the store to find out why. The guy who took my order had apparently not submitted it and no one had done anything about it. He was not friendly at all. The girl I talked to was really apologetic and finished my order that day. My advise - Don't let a guy wait on you.

I needed two T-shirts screen printed last minute for my son’s senior night, and they totally came through! Super fast, great quality, and really easy to work with. They were flexible with my timing and got everything done just right. I’m so thankful they made it happen — highly recommend!

I called Big Frog one morning with a crazy T-shirt request … My daughter, a UGA sophomore, needed a particular shirt to finish creating her costume for her Halloween date night—that night! (The one she’d ordered from Amazon the week before kept getting delayed, until it was simply too late.)
Roy answered the phone that morning and patiently listened (and laughed, haha), as I explained all of this. He didn’t miss a beat! He asked me to send him a picture to give him an idea, and told me the shirt would be ready THAT afternoon!!! I texted my daughter, who was in class, and she headed there right after lunch.
She was thrilled to see what Big Frog had created and said Roy was so nice. Her costume was a hit, she received lots of compliments all night. She loved that the shirt was “really soft,” too.
