I've worked with Big Frog Sugar Land, more than a handful of times, and they have always been so nice and great to work with! I love that that are easy to work with and want to help work with us as best as possible. Even after, only stopping in to pick up items 2-3x, they knew who I was, the company, etc. was a wonderful touch of great customer service.
After working with them, I did notice that there was a location that was closer to the office, I still choose to work with the location in Sugar Land, since they are so friendly. Convenience is something that, if possible, I ALWAYS lean towards, but the staff at Sugar Land didn't even make me think twice about changing. Anytime that we can, we always get in touch with Big Frog to see if it is something that they are able to help with, and 99% of the time they can. They also work with the deadlines that we have. Very accommodating and customer focused!

Big Frog of Mount Pleasant was wonderful to work with. I walked in to the store with an idea for two t-shirts.. It was a small order, but they treated me like I ordered 200 t-shirts. They helped me with the design and placed the order. The turn around time was speedy. It came back days sooner than expected. The value was excellent and I was so pleased with the end product. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Wow is all I can say. Helpful and accommodating. I thought we might have to wait a few days, but, we were able to place the order and have it ready in under 15 minutes. Great service and exactly what we wanted. We will be back!

I brought Big Frog East Cobb a challenging task, to print a tricky astronomical photo on a tshirt. I believe that it required more than the average effort, but they figured it out and it turned out great. Very nice people, too.

The customer service is amazing, from the minute you walk in until you receive the final product. Time was taken to help make sure what I needed was exactly what I wanted and suggestions were offered in able to allow the job to be perfect. Price was EXTREMELY reasonable for an embroidery job. It took a little longer for it to be done than I thought, but well worth the weight and communication was excellent!

My husband and I have used big frog for a couple of different projects. Both times we were beyond pleased. The professional professionalism and communication with their customers is what sets them apart. They do exactly what they say they will do and they do it WHEN they say they will do it. WE HAVE ALSO SEEN THAT ANY KIND OF SNAG THEY RUN INTO ON THE PROJECT IS DEALT WITH SO WELL. They reach out and verify any changes or to verify any preferences. Also the items look like they were made this way. In other words, finished items after big frog was finished looked like something from a high-end catalog. Thank you guys!
