Customer Testimonials

I love california! Everyone is so nice here in cali. Big frog custom t-shirts was no exception! Very friendly, approachable, and executed on service I asked for. ❤️

Our order was a quality product with our design and logo displayed perfectly. The Big Frog team communicated and processed our order as promised which reduced the stress of having a rush order.

We look forward to our next project we will work with Big Frog's Solon team.

Very quick turnaround and kept me in the loop the entire time.

Very nice shirts, I'm completely happy with the way I was treated, I've gone back several times and will again in the future

You guys did a great job, we would recommend you to anyone!!!

great fast quality friendly service

Outstanding customer service, from a phone call I made to ask about specific services I needed, to showing up in the store and being assisted immediately. First time user and I'll return after the excellent experience I had. Highly recommend using this particular store.

Great owners. Friendly, easy to work with and they produced a beautiful project. They even thought about the logo size relative to the T-shirt size. You need to use these people. Thanks Lydia and Ben!

I LIKE THE 50 / 50 PART POLYESTER & PART COTTON SHIRTS OR YOU ALSO SELL ALL POLYESTER SHIRTS. I LIKE THE INK THAT YOU PRINT UP AND CAN COPY AN OLD SHIRT WITH THE PRINT AND MAKE ANOTHER SHIRT JUST LIKE IT.

I ALSO SEEN WHERE YOU CAN PUT A HARD DECAL ON A SHIRT. NICE SELECTION OF SWEAT SHIRTS AND T-SHIRTS ETC...

VERY CURTIOUS, FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEALBE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! !

You were a Steve Roberts referral. I appreciate that Hila took the time to show me my print options. I was very pleased with your print work. I too will recommend you.

Super friendly and skilled workers…. I would advise against order shortest with large graphics on the front… the shirts are a bit uncomfortable. The 20% rush fee per shirt is unnecessary.

Always customer service oriented and dedicated to getting ht project done RIGHT!

All good

Amazing business to work with - very informative, warm, welcoming and courteous team led by Cody. Prices are super reasonable and the product is top notch. Thank you so much for being a local small business - will continue to support your growth!

Details Details Details. Everyone is friendly and responsive

I definitely appreciate the team at this location, very professional and efficient service

First Time Customers: Everything from the time we walked into the BIG FROG Custom T-shirts until we picked up our product was very pleasant. The shop itself was very neat and clean. The customer service is as excellent as it could possibly be. The products offered are of superior quality, and the technology used to transfer the picture/logo we wanted printed on the shirt we chose was something I personally have never seen before. BIG FROG offers an array of products, colors and materials to choose from. While I said we are not in any hurry (Christmas present) because the color shirt we wanted needed to be ordered, we received an email in less than 3 days that our purchase was ready for pick up! The prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend BIG FROG Custom T-shirts to individuals, businesses, schools, clubs. We are extremely pleased and will definitely be utilizing them for all our corresponding needs. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
