Great service, quick turn around! Already recommended you to others.
I recently went to the Big Frog in Clairmont, San Diego for a special order for my wife's birthday. I was assisted by Big Frog representative, Michael. I felt that Michael represented the best in customer service. Michael went the extra mile to work with me to produce a product I would be happy with. The results were outstanding! Michael also contacted me to let me know my order was ready. I will absolutely use the Clairmont Big Frog again and recommend Big Frog to all my friends, colleagues, and family. You guys, and especially Michael, are the best! John Murphy
They have the best customer service in town
Everything the quality of your work is awesome. I'm very happy with your work
Responds quickly and very helpful in getting the right product and getting the order correct before issueing an invoice. Only takes two weeks to get the project done and communicates as needed throughout the project. The shirts that we have ordered have been a great fit and everyone likes the cut and how it fits and the shirts have turned out great.
The quality of the Brighton High School 50th anniversary sweatshirt is awesome. The sleeves are a little long, but that’s ok.
The best part about ordering my sweatshirt and having it shipped was the quick turnaround of my order. Lately I have had a few orders from other shops that take forever and one never did arrive. Your great customer service is so appreciated.
Quality of both print and embroidery. Great comments on fit and material for T- shirt Regards,
