I liked when I sent a request for a quote online, a real person sent me a detailed email. I was afraid it would be an AI chat bot that didn’t understand my request but it was a real person that responded in a timely manner. The time from quote to picking up my order was reasonable and I love that it is a small shop and team. I absolutely love the quality of the design on the tote bags I ordered!
