Shirt came out great, service was fast, reasonably price, there was a small mistake about the size when I first picked it up (I'd suggest putting the size(s) on the invoice when you email out), but when I called up about the issue they fixed it quick for me so I could pick up the corrected item.

Overall a great experience.

This is the first time I used Big Frog and I am completely satisfied with the company. They were very professional, kind, and understanding. King took time over the phone to find just what I was looking for to have printed. He gave me all the information including the price and when the final product would be finished. I was amazed that they had it completed before Christmas when I had only given them a few days. I would highly recommend Big Frog if you need anything printed. My son, with Down's Syndrome, was thrilled to get the towel (which other companies don't do) with his dog's picture on it. He wanted that more for Christmas than anything else.
