This is the first time I used Big Frog and I am completely satisfied with the company. They were very professional, kind, and understanding. King took time over the phone to find just what I was looking for to have printed. He gave me all the information including the price and when the final product would be finished. I was amazed that they had it completed before Christmas when I had only given them a few days. I would highly recommend Big Frog if you need anything printed. My son, with Down's Syndrome, was thrilled to get the towel (which other companies don't do) with his dog's picture on it. He wanted that more for Christmas than anything else.

A server at Leo’s Coney Island recommended Big Frog to us, and it sounded so interesting that we decided to check it out. We ended up getting a custom sweatshirt for our daughter for Christmas with a picture of her dog on it. Paco was incredibly patient and helpful, spending plenty of time with me as I chose the sweatshirt and the perfect photo. We were thrilled with how it turned out, and we’ll definitely be returning for more gifts next year.
