The Big Frog staff is incredibly responsive and professional. Our shirt design would have required a lot of white ink, which (unknown to me) would have added significantly to our cost. The staff brought this to my attention, then emailed back and forth different options to help us save money and make the very best choice. The end result was fantastic.
The quality of your T shirts is very good. I was under a time crunch to get a Fathers Day T shirt produced for my son. A young lady named Alia at Big Frog Reno was incredibly helpful. Originally she thought I would receive the shirt after Fathers Day. She took the decal picture from my phone and recreated it on a black T shirt as requested and the results were fantastic! Because of her enthusiasm for the project and her great customer service I was actually able to pick up the finished shirt before the weekend, and in time for Fathers Day.

EXCELLENT customer service. I mean, really is the best it could possibly be. We reached out to Cody with a sort of half-baked idea and he DELIVERED it on time, with a cost I feel was very fair, and then when we came back and added a few more shirts with no extra time he pulled it all off and made it look easy!

I recently ordered a custom printed long-sleeve performance t-shirt from Big Frog of Monmouth in Howell, and I could not be happier with the experience! I had checked other custom print shops online, but they all had very mixed reviews, and you never really know who is actually making your shirt.
I was putting together a personalized shirt as a gift for my physical therapist, who is a tall, former college football player (6'2" and 250 lbs). The staff at Big Frog was incredibly helpful and suggested going with the Sport-Tek TST350LS (Tall 2XL) to make sure the body and sleeve length fit his frame properly. Their sizing suggestion was spot-on—it fits him perfectly, the performance material feels amazing, and he absolutely loved it!
We went with a gorgeous gold design printed on a royal blue shirt, and the contrast is incredibly eye-catching and sharp. Despite ordering right around the 4th of July holiday, they had the custom order completed in less than a week.
Best of all, the pricing was incredibly fair at $45 with absolutely no hidden setup or screen fees. I love being able to support a local business that delivers this level of quality and honest service. I highly recommend the team at the Howell location—I will definitely be back!
