Great customer service and the shirts look awesome. I asked for a minor change and they made it quickly. When I came to pick up my shirts, they were excited about the way they turned out. I agree, they are phenomenally. I have worked with other printers but haven’t received the personal attention or service like I have at Big Frog of Reno. I had a quick turnaround and they delivered ahead of schedule and then some. I will definitely use their services again.

The staff at Big Frog are very helpful! They are patient and even though I might request multiple changes to my mock-up they are never aggravated with me. My orders have always been done by my deadline and often before. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I needed t-shirts printed within one week and Big Frog did not disappoint! Everything was done on-line and response time to my questions was amazingly quick. The quality of the shirts are great and the design requested was spot on! I will definitely recommend Big Frog and will use them again in the future.

I was met with patience, kindness and guidance to help design shirts for 40+ people. I did not feel rushed with design and they had suggestions as well, felt like I made a friend 🤗 definitely would recommend.

I love that the prices are reasonable, that staff get back to me quickly when I ask questions, that everyone I've ever worked with is friendly and professional. I worked with Dex this time, and they generated great design choices and very quickly. They also were willing to stay a little later after closing time because I live far away, which I didn't end up needing but REALLY appreciated. Big Frog is definitely my "go to" for custom shirt orders!
