I very much like quite a bunch of things about Big Frog. The 1st time I entered the store I let all know that I have autism & they all both knew about / understood it, were more than ok with it & treated me with nothing but kindness. I also very much like how ‘high quality’ the custom t shirts that Big Frog creates. I’ve had ‘an autism friendly’ tattoo artist create ‘fake music festival’ band lineup images & when I had Big Frog put these images on t shirts the quality of the finished product is so good that people actually mistake it for the real thing. I’d definitely recommend Big Frog to all.

I bought some t shirts, showed the picture / logo I needed. The girl, I believe her name was Bethany, took my information, sent me a sample, completed the order. Sent me the final picture of my order. The shirts looked great!! Exactly what I wanted. Color quality of the logo and print is vibrant.

Accommodating

Service and staff were great! They got my order taken care of and shipped out super fast. Unfortunately, the vest did not fit me. I ordered a navy blue women's soft shell vest by Port Authority. According to the size chart, I should have been a large, it doesn't even come close to fitting. The quality was great so I will reorder a size bigger.
