Communication was quick and clear. They sent a mock up of what I was ordering in a quick, timely manner and the product was ready to be picked up quickly as well. I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt on Friday and was ready on Monday. The quality of the sweatshirt is very nice and the printed graphic was even better. We have used Big Frog many times for special events. Their performance has always exceeded our expectations. This time we wanted shirts that were not 100% cotton and they came through for us. The shirts are soft and did not shrink when washed. Great job and we will continue to recommend Big Frog.
