The staff is absolutely the best! I have belonged to at least 7 different gyms in my adult life, the Reidsville Y has the friendliest staff. I love how they encourage community among the members and work to get them talking with one another.
Everyone is Super nice and helpful.
I workout like I want to on the machines I want to and have no problems. There are a variety of activities that fit anybody and they have trainers and staff that can help and explain how the machines work and what muscles the machines help to the folks that want to start working out.
So if someone wants to get fit they got helpers.

The summer camp has been great so far! They keep the kiddos safe, busy, and have fun! All the staff are wonderful!
