I love my local branch of the Y! There are many types and levels of exercise classes throughout the week offered at so many times of the day. The teachers of the group exercise classes are very qualified and motivating. The best part is the community of friendships gained. What a wonderful accountability group!!

I have been working out with a personal trainer for more than a year and it has helped me tremendously. I am a Multiple Sclerosis patient and Mo has helped me more than i ever imagined!! I have gained strength and confidence that i did not have before! I would like to see this Y get certified and start a program for disabled individuals like myself!!
Pool is always clean. Staff is super friendly ans professional. Private swimming lessons are affordable. Love it!!
