After the covid shutdown and having some medical issues, I have finally started coming back to the "Y". I like that everything is clean and there are new machines that help with my workout. I decided to take part in the Walk to the Mountains program because that gives me a goal to strive to complete and just to finish will give me the sense of wining. The staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive. As I gain my strength and confidence back, I plan to take part in other programs. I sure wish the "Y" was still open on Sunday afternoon.
Water aerobics when I can get to do them
Prayer before games. Teaches the children about organized sports. And the volunteers have patience with the children.
Cyd was a fantastic swim instructor. She was very patient and kind with my tentative son. Would definitely recommend the Reidsville Y, all the staff were very friendly and helpful!

My kids love being at the Y for after-school. They feel comfortable and really love the people who work there. If something comes up, communication is given right away. I appreciate everyone who helps love my kids and keeps them safe while I'm working.

Everyone on staff is very friendly and is willing to help you whenever you need it! There are a lot of engaging group exercise classes and the facilities are always kept up and clean.
The friendly atmosphere and warm friendship that I have made
I enjoyed having Cyd as a swimming instructor for my 5 year old. She communicated effectively when the schedule needed changing. In addition, Cyd is so positive and has remarkable patience! She is a first class instructor and Reidsville is fortunate to have her.

I am a new member and so there's not a lot I know about your organization but from what that I've come in contact with I find that people very helpful and the facilities clean and up-to-date7
it is very good for our bodies and we are around many nice people and our teachers are very helpful with new people. this is in the reidsvville ymca. i really do enjoy the interactive with everyone.
I like the short programs so that the kids are not worn out by one sport. The kids are able to do multiple sports in a year's time.
