Group Exercise
I think it's wonderful that you let 9-year-olds exercise so they can learn how to live healthy life styles and I enjoy exercising at the Y regularly with my grandson
I really like working wih a personal trainer. It is difficult as a homebound person to sometimes get a ride and there is no public transportation In Reidsville. The Senior transportation does not have the Y on thir route so i must find orivate transportation which is a challenge with a wheelchair l
Everyone we have spoken to or worked with has been so nice and informative. We have only had 2 swim lessons so far, but my son loves the instructor and the atmosphere.

Exercise programs that are free and instructors, the low cost of Water Aerobics and the instructors, The Staff are respectful and professional, Just like the atmosphere.

Summer camp
Love the classes, the people and the instructors. Great to be held accountable by all my classmates whenever I’m not in class

I use the Reidsville YMCA for lap swimming. It is the only activity that do at the Y
I only use the wellness center. I like that there is someone there if I have questions and it's not too crowded.
The staff is awesome. I like how they build a relationship with the kids. I like how the plan the summer camps, keeping them packed with activities.
My son loved his week at summer camp. He loved swimming and all of the different activities.

Activities for the children
The staff is great and I feel like my daughter has had a great experience! I love the field trips each week and all that is included each day! I would highly recommend the summer camp program!
