BodyPump and Pound are really energizing and fun! The instructors (Stacie and Emily?) are so kind and welcoming to new people. Everyone at the front desk is helpful and I love being able to go to classes without having to drive all the way into Greensboro.

We love The Reidsville YMCA. My 3 year old loves soccer and her coach Q!
Cyd does a wonderful job working with our two children for their swim lessons. She is patient and meets them both at their individual level to improve their skills. It has been a wonderful experience for them both!

I love the staff. The facility is always clean. I appreciate the longer hours on Saturdays.
I would love to see a new piece of fitness equipment or two, specifically a hip thrust machine that is easy to access.
The variety of fitness classes and boot camps is outstanding. I haven't been able to participate due to scheduling conflicts, but I hope to this year.

we donated 10 k to our cute local YMCA with the hope of keeping kids In the Y , off streets & a ball 🏀 in their hands - means NO room for drugs & guns.
Small towns are precious, filled with good families - working hard. We All must help grow respectful kind kids - so parents can work to provide for them , with a peace knowing they are ok & safe.
I Love all my classes Moe and Emma are excellent Would love to have an another class with Moe on balance!!!!!! She is great!!!!! I love Zumba. Emma is great in both her classes 9:30 on Tuesday and Thursday!!!!!

Reguarding the late am shift Feb. 19th lifeguard. Always know I'm in careful surveillance with this young lady. By her responsible observations, she obviously takes her role as safeguard most seriously. Grateful that we are under her watchful eye.
Convenient, good supply of equipment (although, facilities and equipment need some updating and extra room in the weight/machine room); pleasant staff, clean, reasonable fees.
The group classes
I like the variety that each site provides. I work across the street from the Bryan YMCA and I enjoy walking the track. I live in Reidsville so I go to my home YMCA to work on the machines.
