Fast service
Efficient and friendly drivers
Everything
fast, efficient, friendly people. love the covered parking for everyone
Quick response for pick-up and drop off.
Majority of time the shuttles are timely, both pickup and drop off. The airport construction is causing some 'lack of convenience, for terminal 3, but doable. There were some staffing issues earlier this year but seem to have improved. A little pricey but I guess every thing has increased.
Quick and easy
Convenient parking location, excellent service, easy registration and check out process. Also love the free water at exit!
Fast service to and from the airport
Pick up from the parking space is immediate and the travel to the terminal is speedy.
Easy in-and-out, very good shuttle drivers.
Theres usually so many shuttles that you dont have to wait too long. I like how the drivers are usually very helpful with your luggage. And the free bottled water is just a wonderful touch!! Thank you!
Quick pickup service at the lot and airport (most of the time). Great price with my corporate discount..

Appreciated the quick pickup after being delayed in Miami while traveling to Philly and not arriving until 1:00 AM.
