Door to door service. Covered parking lot.
It was very convenient to be picked up at our car and dropped off at the airport door.
It was easy to reserve a spot. Valet service was excellent. My car was protected.
Driver worked so hard to get luggage on the bus. Buses come frequently. Drivers are very safe. I used a competitor for years; they were none of these things. Thank you!
The ease of catching the shuttle.
I like the extended stay discount. I think the attendants are for the most part helpful, and most of the drivers.are good and safe. I like that its easy to tip from the bus with the scannable code.
I do wish you could stack discounts like early booking and extended day, bummer you dont
The drivers are great, which reflects management and leadership. When I find a company that does a good job, I will always return.
Location and the shuttle is reliable
Fast, friendly, and efficient service. Every employee I encountered throughout my travels was very professional and friendly.
Easy, plenty of parking in a secure lot. Pick up at your vehicle and driver assists with your luggage...return from trip and a short walk(uncomfortable in the rain or bad weather or if you have difficulty) of about 50 to 100 yards to where the airport allows for pick up. Coupons make the the fee reasonable
Friendly and helpful staff, minimal wait. Clean bus! The price is always right!
We appreciate that we are picked up as soon as we park, and then are dropped off right at the terminal door.
When we return, there is never more than a short wait for a shuttle back to our car.
Really need that new covered area done soon, please. Drivers are great. Helpful and attentive
