Easy to make reservations and the service is great when you get there.
they are pretty quick to get a bus there to take you to your parking spot. Sometimes take a little too long waiting to get to the airport.
The driver on the return was more like a host than a shuttle driver. He gave a weather report and details about how 494 was closed.

The crew at MCI Parking Spot are SO friendly!! From start to finish it's amazing!! The shuttle driver I had on Monday was beyond amazing (03.09). I thought I had his name but am not finding it at the moment. He was phenomenal!!!

It was easy to park and very convenient for the shuttle service. Coming in and out was excellent with the QR code and it was great that you offered water as traveling will make you thirsty after finally getting to my car it was a generous gesture and treat.

Entry and exit are very simple. Drivers are very courteous and helpful. Pickup is quick.

The shuttle drop off and pickup right at the gate is great. Didn’t have to wait very long for a shuttle. The price is a little high for being offsite. It should probably be 50% of what it is. It’s almost a wash with taking an uber there for most of my trips. If I did anything more than 5 days, I would uber.
