The app. One of the easiest to use, very helpful
The staff was friendly and helpful; I was very anxious trying to figure how to park "off campus" from Newark airport. With the help from the staff, I was less anxious and all was okay.
The location to LAX, the convenience of not having to wait too long for the shuttle to and from the airport, and the friendliness of the shuttle driver.
Efficient. Great drivers

Location is convenient and the spot has plenty of buses..
Reliable and convenient, most of the time affordable
Best parking and shuttle so far. Happy for the tmobile discount since price is insane otherwise.
Super fast car to shuttle service. Drivers are helpful!
Always consistent service and never have to wait long for a shuttle. Good value.
How often the shuttles come by @ the airport & your drivers have a lot of personality
fast and convenient
We had the nicest and most helpful driver ever on our return trip!
Car always in tack, shuttle is always on time
Pick up and drop off at my vehicle. Friendly, helpful drivers and staff. We never have to wait long for a van to pick us up whether coming or going. We walked out of the baggage claim doors on our last trip and there was a van ready to pick us up.
Convenient and I get a discount for being a Royals season ticket holder.
Attendant at kiosk gate
We had a van waiting to pick us up when we parked, and didn't wait very long at all when we arrived back to the airport on our return flight. Top notch service, and easy to follow instructions after I booked my reservation online. Would definitely park here on next flight.
Do a great job taking care of us
Both drivers were very friendly and helpful.
Booking my reservation was a breeze; a ride to and from the airport was quick and effortless
Close to airport and frequent shuttles
Good pickup …
Always very helpful in boarding the shuttle! Also, the service is quick and reliable. I’ve used Parking Spot everytime I’m flyin!
Driver picks me up right at my car and takes me to the departures. Additionally, when I get back I am delivered right to my car so I am not dragging my luggage through the parking lot to get to my car.
