It is easy to make a reservation. I also like the fact that there is a staff member usually there when I arrive. I always have difficulty scanning my code. They seem to get it for me the first time. I hate that the card no longer works. I do understand why.

I have used Parking Spot South on multiple occasions, and have been pleased with the ease of use, and efficiency of the shuttles. The only concern I have is on this last visit I was trying to pay with a credit card when exiting the lot at around 10:00 at night. there was no attendant in the booth, and the machine kept declining my credit cards. Luckily I had a backup that finally went through after maybe ten minutes of trying.

Easy to find the parking spot, easy to find a parking spot and easy to get dropped off and picked up from LAX! Also, like parking in a covered spot so that my car is clean when I arrive back home from our trip!

It made the trip so easy! Booking was simple, entry at gate was easy, immediately guided to parking spot and shuttle was very quick. Driver was very courteous and helped with the bags. This was our second time using Parking Spot North and won’t be our last. Each trip our vehicle was left for 6 weeks the first time and just over 2 the second. Other than a bit dusty from sitting in place, vehicle was in perfect shape. We used the covered parking option. Our only minor challenge was locating the pick up spot at DFW - lowest level - at end of terminal on right as you exit.
