It’s easy to park there and the shuttle to the airport is perfect I don’t have to depend on anyone to take me or pick me up at the airport I been using the parking spot force while now never had a issue prices are reasonable
Shuttle promptness and I feel my car is safe in the parking area
The employees are efficient, kind and helpful, I Like that my car is undercover, so it is safe no matter the weather, I am often traveling by myself and I always feel safe at the Parking Spot!
We were able to talk to an individual. open 24 hrs. fast response at picking us up at the airport. overall great experience.
Courteous drivers, generally timely pick up on the return, help with my luggage into the bus and into my car. Water when I leave is always appreciated!! Convenient since you never know that you will return to the same terminal that you depart from. This may add a few minutes pre and post but I actually feel it saves me time in the end.
I love that the Parking Spot Fly is so close to the airport. Shuttles are always very prompt, and every single driver has been so kind and helpful. I like to tip but don't always have cash. I appreciate when the drivers have a QR code. I've been told that those aren't taxed anymore which is a good thing! I just wish every driver had a QR code displayed. I also appreciate the free car wash and bottles of water when I leave.
Fast, friendly, clean vehicles
We like the convivence of covered parking and the quick easy access to the airport the Parking Spot provides.
The customer services and the prices 👌

Efficient and cost effective Availability and fast service with the shuttles.

Everything
Easy in and out plus easy to reserve
Great customer service and pleasant drivers.
( love that you have a drop off and pick up, However with that said my last pick up at the end of the trip wasn't great. We were left waiting while at least 4 vans passed us full. We ended up walking to other terminals so we could get picked up before the van was full. This is somthing that should be communicated with the drivers. We waited for about a hour before we were able to get a van to go to our parking spot.
Quick easy and professional service.
Easy in/out, immediate pickup, reminder parking location cards, spot delivery
Pull in, hand key off get in shuttle and leave!
Easiness of parking and being shuttlled to the airport. All of the drivers are gems no matter how early or late the flights.
Close proximity to the airport and free car wash.
Under cover parking and speedy service in shuttle.
