Guest Testimonials

Very convenient and I feel my car is safe.

Friendly and helpful drivers, clean and safe location, and easy to make reservations.

I love that the shuttle comes right to your car and then drops you off right at your car. This was my first time using this company, and it was so easy to figure out. 10/10 would use again and recommend to others.

I'm a regular Parking Spot (Columbus) customer. From my most recent trip in mid-May, and really always, I have had no issues leaving my vehicle in uncovered parking for several days, and shuttles both from the lot to the airport, and back, have been prompt and very helpful, whether overnight or early AM or any other time during the day. Recommended.

Fast, easy service to and from airport…the employees are friendly ..we needed directions for your Cleveland parking spot…due to gps taking us to snow rd in different town and construction..they stayed on the phone with us until we recognized landmarks
