“Normally” there isn’t a long wait time for the shuttle buses and most of the drivers are pretty nice.
Fast and Friendly
While rates are high, the people working there are very courteous and do their best to excel at customer service. They make strong efforts to make long time customers feel valued. Traveling can be stressful, especially at lax, and being dropped off and picked up at terminals in a timely fashion is important. Friendly faces, help with bags goes a long way.
It is a convenient place to leave our cars. Shuttles are always available and staff are very helpful.
