The online process was simple, and the attendant was very accommodating as well. I had to make an arrival time change once at the facility, and the attendant changed the time, resent my confirmation with no problem. I'll certainly use "The Spot" again and will recommend the facility to others, flying from Love Field Airport, in Dallas, TX.
Convenient with kins, helpful and friendly staff
I like the efficiency of pick up at the lot and especially at the airport. It is nice to get a bottle of water for the hour drive home. The only reason for the score of 9 and not 10 is the price. If traveling alone I would always go to the Parking Spot. When with someone else I will go to a hotel lot but am always sorry when I am waiting at the airport to get transport back to the hotel. One other thing is the rewards program, it does help defray the cost.

The drop off was easy and we got a shuttle right away that took us right to our airline.
On our return, the shuttle was waiting, took us right to our car which was shoveled from the snow, running, and warm inside!

The lot is conveniently located. The van drivers are always prompt and courteous. The wait time to return to the lot from the airport are usually minimal.

Very easy. Drop off was quick, but pickup was where I was super impressed. My flight came in at midnight and I thought I’d have to wait a while for the shuttle but I opened the app and it said the shuttle was on the way! Getting back and having my car ready to go was wonderful because at that time of night I just wanted to get home.
Your system was the best place to park and your people were timely friendly helpful!

I appreciated not having to pay until I returned. I appreciated the staff who was there early in the morning when I dropped off my vehicle. They helped me figure out where to park and it didn’t take long. It was great to interact with humans and not just technology (and I’m in my 40s). I appreciate technology like the use of scanning a QR code to get in, but the human element was great in case I had questions and knowing someone was watching over the vehicles was helpful. I appreciated the driver upon our return— Stephanie N. She was extremely nice and we enjoyed our conversation and she brought us to our vehicle with no issues at all. Much appreciated!
