Could have more buses available for airport pick upneed to wait as long to get to our car.

with a smile

The staff who drive the buses are so kind!

Love the quick access, the immediate pick up at our car, the convenient drop off at the airport and the quick and easy pick up and drop back to our car from the airport when we return. The drivers are safe and friendly and our car is secure.

Professional, friendly, and clean

Efficient, safe, and economical.

I would definitely use The Parking Spot again! Renting a spot was easy and cheaper than others around the area. The shuttles picked us up and dropped us off right at our car (which was great because we arrived and left in the dark!) and the shuttle drivers were all so friendly!

The drivers were very good with both pick up and drop off at the lot and at the airport. It was easy to book, park, and pay. The car wash was a welcome bonus.

Covered, shuttle.

The convenience, accommodations, and the ease of parking and being picked up and dropped off at my vehicle. The customer service was exceptional being my first time.

Friendly and efficient

Easy app to use

Convenient

The price, the convenient location to the airport.
The lighting and the safety I felt with the constant running shuttles.
We arrived at 4am and returned after midnight after a 13 day trip.

The staff is friendly. After a miserably long wait at the luggage carousel after an already-late flight, the shuttle bus driver greeted me kindly. That meant so much to me.

Love the covered parking, can't wait to see what it looks like when you are done with construction. The Shuttle was right there to pick us up, loaded our bags and made it to the airport with more than enough time. We got luck when we got back the shuttle had just pulled up and we were to our car in no time. Great service!

Right on time to lot loved my driver sorry no cash to tip Tuesday 7:30 to south lot give him a raise for me!

Buses are there to pick you up at your car almost immediately after you park. Drivers are generally friendly and helpful.

Convenient service to and from airport.

Shuttle drivers quick to pick up. And Love the water bottles when you check out.

Easy peasy!

Shuttle picks you up right at your car. The drivers help with your luggage. The shuttle is there quickly to take you back to your vehicle after you land. The prices are very reasonable. Covered parking and car wash is available.
Wouldn't park anywhere else.

I like not having to drive and park directly at the airport. That’s always a mess. I park in covered parking and I’ve only had to wait for a bus once, every other time they were at my vehicle within minutes. Super convenient!

Easy to use. Friendly staff

Everything was easy from booking to pickup to exit.

Quick transport to airport and quick pick up for transport back to my car.

Easy to use

What’s not to like? Speedy pick up and drop off in both directions this time. Although the construction is annoying. I’ll be glad when it’s finished.

Shuttle was quick and parking was convenient. App was easy to use.
