I had the unfortunate experience of coming back from a trip and finding my back tire completely flat. My driver Robert was so gracious and friendly, he went to his own car and got a tire pump and helped me air it up. I was so grateful and it was a cold early morning but he was most helpful and cheerful. I sure hope I will get him next time I drop my car off. (I travel for work, so I travel a lot!). Thank you again Robert!

The driver was SOOO great!! He was so friendly, attentive, polite, and efficient. And when I discovered my car battery was dead, he was conscientious enough to see me flashing my lights and circled back to help. He got the battery jumper they had at the tower and jumped the car in no time - I was up and running safely and made it home. I've been a Parking Spot customer off and on since the switch from Park and Fly, but I'll never use another company from now on!! Thank you, Parking Spot!
