Convenient and lot less costs
The drivers are always very nice. Some feedback. Your drivers that drop people off in the covered parking seem to have no clue what the cards say for locations. Multiple times the driver has to rely on the customer to tell them where we parked. The South site is much more efficient at bringing the customer to the spot. Also, why doesn’t my card on file work to pay when I scan the QR code to leave? The South site works fine the but the West site always requires me to swipe a card. I can be reached at Email address removed if you have any questions

I am always pleased with your assistance during my travel and speed.
The Parking Spot was super user friendly! Not only was drop off and pickup a breeze, we had a flat tire and one of the staff members found us an air compressor! We will definitely be back.
The ladies that drive the buses. They are super friendly and professional.

The price, easily accessible. Vans come around quick enough
The driver handled my suitcase for me and brought me directly to my car on the return flight. I had a late flight and was worried but all Erne very well, even after midnight! I used Parking Spot #1 last time and this experience was so much better!!
The Parking Spot makes air travel so much more convenient and simple! It's as easy as dropping off your car and getting on the bus. I never worry about my vehicle while it's at The Parking Spot, and the ability to have my car detailed while I'm away is an extra perk that I'm now taking advantage of.
