It was super easy to use!
everything was great. very nice people.
Convenient
Prompt
reasonable secured off site parking. I used to get decent coupons for money off stays but haven't gotten them for a while.
I like the convenience of the lot, the friendly and fast service. I do not like the ongoing construction in Parking Spot 1 in STL - it seems to be never-ending.
Everything!
From the Information booth to the drivers, this location is awesome. The workers are all so friendly and willing to help with luggage. Once, I left my phone in the car and had to go back and get it because my flight itinerary was in there. The driver of that particular bus, did not hesitate to take me back to the parking lot to retrieve my phone. I was still able to board my plane on time.
Very timely
I've been parking there for many years. Wouldn't think of using any other service. About 5 years ago, I parked there, flew to Houston for what was supposed to be a 5 day business trip. Had emergency surgery and couldn't fly back for over 2 months. The manager was very helpful when I called, concerned that they might think I had abandoned my car and worked out a long term parking discount for me when I got back. Customer for life.
I like the ability to reserve parking in advance as well as the close proximity to the airport. I appreciate the convenience of using my phone to gain entry and exit the facility.
