Pickups are typically on good times. And the Pickup driver is typically very helpful.
They were efficient and friendly
Customer service resolution was good and timely. The only thing that would be better is if the shuttles come more often.
The drivers were so friendly kind and helpful
Super great service, prices, and nice courtesy shuttle drivers! Keep up with the savings discounts for parking!
Hire more drivers...especially during the early morning traveling to the airport. There was only one early morning driver for the shuttle service on June 20,2026. I know that several people including me who almost missed their flights because the shuttle bus was not picking us up.
I almost had to take a LYFT ride to the airport, but the Parking Spot 2 shuttle bus finally arrived!
I had to walk to the front gate with my luggage in tow...in order to catch this PS2 shuttle bus!
Easy parking and bus pick up.
The Parking Spot is affordable and also secure. I can leave my car knowing it is safe.
The offer deals which thankfully often coincide with my travel.
Their staff have always been considerate and friendly.
Unless they go dark-side I will remain a lifelong customer.
Quick and easy to use.
Efficient airport parking business. Drivers courteous, professional, and safe drivers.
Safe environment for me and my car.
Thank you. Happy Independence month - God Bless AMERICA:)
There is always someone there to help you 24/7
It's affordable and convenient to the airport. Shuttle service is not usually a long wait.
Quick, easy. Car was waiting for us when we returned in the shuttle. Flying from MIA I recommend their facility!
Easy in... easy out!
Everything. Everyone was friendly. Upon checking out the lady provided us with water no charge. I like how this parking lot is very affordable for my family. I will keep coming back here! Thank you for making my trip a good one.
The parking lot is kept very clean and well maintained. The buses are frequent so there’s no waiting around and the drivers are always so nice!
Ease to get to the airport
Shuttle is quickly available when going to and from the airport. Employees are friendly. So far, the car has always been in good condition when returning.
I have been using this service for a few years and I have never been disappointed. The drivers are friendly, efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone looking to park and fly!!!
Everything went fine. Just wish there was a bench or a sign to specifically show drop off and pick up in Salt Lake City airport. But i use you guys every time where i go. The app is great and being able to get points for discounts is great.
They are right there when you come in to park. When you arrive they are there to take you to your car with minimal wait. I really like using them.
Easy
Most of the time everything is fine.
The ease of scheduling my appointment. Your drivers are always a joy. Thank you for seeking employees with good customer service skills. The buses are clean and smelles good. I can go on and on. But please don't change your business model. It works and works well.
Covered parking. Friendly staff. That's all I ask for!
So convenient!!!
Clement was an outstanding driver - not only did he offer extra help to me while I was traveling solo with my 2-month old baby, he was cheerful and friendly the whole time. I normally deal with grumpy and rude people at my home Parking Spot location, but my first experience at Baltimore North was positive the whole way through!
Drivers on this trip were very courteous, friendly, and helpful.
Efficient, organized timely delivery
1st time using parking spot. Recommended by my daughter. It was an easy process from parking and shuttling to the airport and the return.
The driver that drove us to the airport wasnt the friendliest, but those things happen, since it had been a while since we been to the airport it would be nice if the drop off driver would indicate the pu location to take us back to park vehicle. FYI the driver that picked up at the airport was GREAT!
