It was very convenient. The drivers were very friendly and timely in getting me to the airport and also picking me up from the airport.
Easy to make a reservation, quick trip to airport and reliable. We were at the Parking Spot 2 at 4:30 am and there were plenty of buses to take us to the airport. On our return at 10:30 pm, I requested a pick up I and a bus was waiting for us at the airport. The app is user friendly. The drivers are friendly and efficient.

The shuttle drivers arrive quickly at the parking lot and airport.. there is someone who can help find parking spots when the lot is full.. overall experience is very good.

Convenient with nice facilities.
Fast and efficient
The buses could offer a smoother ride. I need to check my spine after each trip.
Options and size. You don’t keep me waiting
Rates are good, I can enter and exit by scanning The Parking Spot app on my phone, a shuttle is quick to pick me up at my parking spot, with the driver carrying my bags up for me. I’ve never had an issue with leaving my car parked there for my trips. A shuttle picks me up at the terminal in 5-10 mins.
I have been a customer for about 20 years going back to when you were Roncari Express. The location to the terminal remains ideal and there is typically very little time required to get to the terminal. In terms of improvement, there seems to be many more cars lined up upon arrival so it has been a bit longer to check in. And I've had to wait a bit longer over time to get picked up, so for those reasons, I would rate you a 9. But overall, very satisfied.
Price, efficiency and friendly drivers
