Ease of use

The Parking Spot West has been my go to parking choice since it opened. Have rarely had an issue. Service is typically great. This last stay had a couple of hiccups for me…when I first drove in and presented my member card I was told they are no longer used and I must use the email I received when originally making the reservation. That caught be a bit off guard and I had to scramble to find the email. Same thing when leaving. Are you sure you can’t still accept the old card? Haha. I also received my parking space location card from the driver, but as it turned out, no such space number exists.

Location and the quick shuttle services

Great fast service and really nice drivers

Very nice employees! I love the covered parking. I don't have to worry, your buses are always running! Thank you for the great service!

Your location is very convenient. Your prices are reasonable. Your shuttles are never far away and often are waiting at the pick up spot. The drivers are friendly and professional.

Great customer service, having buses picking up and dropping passengers frequently so they don’t have to wait long time. Having discounts and availability.

The staff are very nice and I never worry when I’m out of town. The app works great and it’s so nice to be able to signal a pickup from it. It even can pinpoint where you are.
I had some mechanical issues with my car when I returned to it this time. It’s an older car. The staff helped me try jumping it and then had me wait in the air conditioned office for the tow truck. It was 100 degrees outside. I appreciate everyone there.

The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful.

Makes flying out of Love simple. Pull in, they pick you and drop you at the terminal. Then pick you up when you come back.

Easy to reserve, enter, and exit no matter what time of day.
