Friendly, helpful drivers

The staff are always very friendly and get you to and from the airport in a timely manner. I’ve never had any issues and I’ve used the Parking Spot for several years now. I refuse to use any other service.

Fast and easy. Very convenient way to get to the airport.

I love that you have water on the way out but I can never reach it. It is pushed all the way back in the cabinet making it difficult to grab even with the car door open. Wish there was a better solution.

The shuttle process was very smooth with our last trip. Thank you!

Pleasant,
Safe, and kind drivers. Well lighted areas when returning from late flights.

ease of ordering, location of SLC lot, drivers

The drivers are all friendly. The buses come quickly, so I never spent a lot of time sitting and waiting for my ride. The prices are reasonable. My favorite part is the cold water at checkout. A nice touch and it is always needed and appreciates!!!

Prompt pick up, ease to extend my stay, friendly drivers, and I love that I can call with questions and get a real person in MN who can answer my questions.

It’s convenient for me every time I fly out

Fast and convenient access to airport, super friendly drivers

Easy in and out!

Drivers are so nice, Forrest was helpful and so was Rocky!

Being picked up and dropped off at my car. Help with luggage.

Very close to the airport and like that I can reserve a parking spot.

This is the greatest service ever. I was traveling by myself for this trip and didn’t get in until almost 12:30 am on Tuesday so I was especially grateful for my return shuttle driver (I wish I could remember his name; I think it was Jim P). After he dropped me off, he made sure to wait until I was safely in my car before going to the next location. That was very appreciated!!
I don’t fly often but I will definitely use this service anytime I do!

Prompt arrival and departure pickup. Vans not over crowded. Complimentary water bottle. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate app.

Friendly, efficient

The website makes it very easy to reserve a parking space for the time needed. When arriving we were told the aisle to park in and within two minutes, the shuttle picked us up at our car. We were promptly taken to the airport.
Returning from our trip the shuttle arrived at their designated spot. Travelers boarded the shuttle and the driver assisted with our luggage. We were returned to our car.
They use a ticket system to keep track of car locations.
Both drivers were friendly and professional. They practiced safe driving.
To leave the lot, we scanned our QR code and were good to go.
We’ve used The Parking Spot several times. This time we got three days free. Definitely recommend.
