Love the Parkng Spot South. My go-to. always.
I don't love that the extra days were charged at a higher rate, but i dind't have the capacity to question it. I specificaly use Tthe Parkig Spot always. - no exceptions - but the surprise extra days a a higher rate was shocking.
Easy
Prompt and friendly
Loved the cold water at checkout!
I like that my car is in a gated area. It is nice that the small bus comes by to pick us and our luggage up when we arrive, and that it takes us back to our car when we return from our trips.
The drivers are helpful. I am elderly so they always put my luggage on the bus and take it off. I can not put my luggage in my car when I return from a trip and they are always willing to put the luggage in my car. Usually I don't have to wait at my car with my luggage for the bus. By the time I park and get my luggage, the bus is at my car. Usually when I check out after my trip, the employee at the exit helps me check out, which is helpful.
Online booking is easy. Transactions are cashless . Service is prompt and efficient.
Price was great, location is clean with lots of parking spots, courteous drivers, and lots of shuttles running to and from LAX.
