It was easy to make a reservation, access into the facility and exit, as well as the clean property. The shuttle service was prompt and I appreciated the bottled water at exit. The receipt emailed was great too. All in all, very easy and professional.

I like the covered parking, even though the spaces are kind of small. Our driver on January 24 was very professional, he prevented what could have been a very bad accident. I like being able to reserve a parking place in advance.

almost no waiting at pickup for departure and return. I do wish you had a pickup spot closer to the cross walk. It is a journey for us old people to walk that far with luggage to catch the shuttle

Security and speed
The driver, a blond woman, was very patient and kind, both in pickup and drop off! She also went above and beyond when she brought me back to my car, barricaded by mounds of snow from a store. It was COLD and dark and she kindly shoveled me out!! Also, very friendly ladies as i drove out of the lot, offering me a bottle of water. Much appreciated! Will use this parking lot any time I fly out of CLE.
