Convenient, easy to book!
After The Parking Spot took over from USAirport Parking I had a couple of really bad experiences and was getting ready to find a different parking venue. However, since then most of my experiences have been positive and I’m pleased that things seem to have improved a lot with shuttle availability and wait times.
I’m not a fan of the circuitous way traffic is being rerouted during the construction, but hopefully that will be resolved soon. I also really wish there was still a designated person to direct traffic and manage the parking slips like there used to be with USAirport Parking. The drivers don’t manage this well, particularly if the shuttle is crowded. If this extra task was taken off their plate the whole process would be much more streamlined. (Or, this could also be improved by just having numbered spots, which would simplify it for everyone.)

For me, it is rare to say that a service that I use is a 10. For the parking spot, my answer is always a 10. The drivers are very friendly. Service is very quick. The bus is either in the parking lot already or is 10 minutes or less away even when I arrive at Midway airport at 2 AM in the morning.
Pickup and drop off at our car is GREAT service! We really appreciate it!
Love the covered parking. I also love the AAA discount that I get, as well as the points that I accrue while parking there. Your busses are clean and quick to pick up and drop off, and your drivers are helpful and friendly.

Have used them for several years. Never been dissatisfied. Love the ease of reserving, checking in/out. The security of leaving vehicle for several days. Negative: buses have terrible suspension making for very bumpy rides. Some buses need new driver seats - they’re literally falling apart!
