Friendly drivers for the shuttles, helpful staff to point out where people needed to go park, good covered parking area.

Close to the airport and right off the Interstate. I want to get out of my car and into the shuttle as soon as possible to get to the airport.

Most of the drivers are helpful and courteous. They will help with baggage without being asked. There are always some exceptions as was the case on my last trip from the Airport back to The Parking Spot 2.

They are secure, right there to pick you up and drop you off when you return, can accue points for free days, also courteous. Easy to do on line.

Bus drivers are quick and very customer friendly.

the parking spot is convenient close to the airport, the drivers are quick to pick you up at your car, super nice and help with luggage. easy drop off at the airport and returning is a breeze with a shuttle coming quickly. returning me to my car with no issues. parking lot is secured and i never feel unsafe there.

Very convenient location for travelers from the North of Baltimore. Bonus is available covered parking. Driver friendly and offered suggestions such as starting vehicle before he would pull away. Greatly appreciated.

No stress parking if you prebook and you don’t have to drive around an airport parking lot looking for a space. Shuttle was quick to take us over and pick us up upon return

Great service

Easy to book online and easy to park after you enter the gate. Not so easy to exit. You shouldn’t have to look up your reservation since you have obviously paid because you’re exiting. It took me a while to find my reservation even though I had already paid.
