The convenience in the service. The only downside is when we returned home, the driver was having a very difficult time with the scanner he used for valet parked customers which held us up in the bus, at least three times for well over 3 to 4 minutes per stop.

I like how it is unusual to wait very long for a pickup either in the lot or at the airport.

It was efficient, driver's were nice and professional.

It was incredible. We could not find our ticket and the driver was so patient and kind. I did remember where we parked so that was helpful. Then when we checked out the lady there was especially wonderful. She found our record and was able to finish the transaction. Both people went out their way to help us that night. We had been in Oregon dealing with a sudden death in the family and really won't on top of anything. They kept telling us that they'd help us.

Convenient. Could use more shuttles from the south lot. We got picked up after 3 north shuttles passed by.

So many more parking spots than other companies; I never have a problem making a reservation. They are also making more covered parking spots!

Easy set up on the App. Easy in and out when dropping off and picking up our vehicle. Quickly taken to the airport and quickly picked up when we returned. Friendly staff and drivers even though this place was very busy. It was pouring down rain on our return and having our vehicle under a covered area was extremely appreciated. Will definitely use The Parking Spot in the future.

Easy to park and make your reservation via the app. Shuttles run often and are usually quick with drop off and pick up. You can choose uncovered or covered parking easily for the duration of your reservation or even modify it based on your travel plans. It is easy to check in and check out using the mobile app.

Extremely efficient. Drivers are pleasant and respectful. In my case, they couldn’t fit me on the van I walked out to - but made sure I was the first person on the next pick up.
