Easy to reserve, park and take the shuttle.

Easy transport to the airport. The shuttle takes 2 minutes to get you after you park your car. Pay ahead for a discount, and it allows for easier exit. Free water. Notify the shuttle via app of your location when you are ready for pickup, and arrival is within 5 minutes. Drivers have always been helpful and very friendly ~ Easy Peezy!

Prompt pickup and dropoff. Security provided near my vehicle on drop off at early morning hour dropoff after flight was significantly delayed.

Fast and Friendly service

Close to the airport, price is affordable, fast shuttle service, wonderful and kind drivers

The Parking Spot is convenient and generally affordable. There are often sales and parking is even cheaper. The shuttles are usually quick to pick up and drop off as well.

Your driver quality has been much better recently, they don't hesitate to come out of their seats to help with bags. Pick up at the airport has also been very good, wait time is minimal. Pick up at the parking lot is better as well, standing for several minutes has been reduced to maybe one minute.
Only recent issue was someone backed into the front of my car in the premium lot. No reason at all for this, plenty of room but the front of my Genesis now has several crash marks from another driver. It must have been a truck or something since the marks are on the front top of the hood.

This is the third time our cars have been hit in your parking lot. The back side of my wife's Tahoe, and a Tahoe I used to own and now my new Genesis. I wish there was a way to find these people that hit another car and just drive away. Very frustrating and expensive.

The convenience in parking and getting to and from my car to make my flights. The price is very reasonable.

Easy to get to and quick to and from airport. It can take a several minutes to find a parking spot and several more minutes for the included shuttle to pick up. Overall, it is a very convenient and fair priced option if you must park at or near the airport.

It's easy to reserve/pay online. Once we parked, a shuttle was ready to pick us up immediately. The drivers are always friendly, helpful and very safe drivers. We have always felt that our vehicle is in a safe, protected environment. We also love having the option of covered parking. Once arriving back at the airport, the shuttle pickup area is easy to find and there has always been a shuttle waiting even when we arrived back as late as 11:00 p.m. We highly recommend The Parking Spot 2!!

I like how I always feel safe. As soon as I step out my car, I see the parking shuttle coming around. No matter if it's 4AM or 4PM, they are always there.
