The system you have set up for reservations, staff that know their jobs and offer help, and cancellation/plan changes as needed. Has been a huge factor is always picking TPS over other BDL parking providers. THANK YOU!

Ease of booking through the app, coupon codes and an attendant that greets us when entering to let us know where to park for quick pick up. Great service and I know my car is safe while traveling.

We have used in past and very happy. Drivers are pleasant and polite. Our flight was delayed on Friday 2/27 and didn't arrive until 1:30 am. The airport was a ghost town. We called and driver came right out and willing to wait for other people in our party getting luggage. Very courteous.

Most of the time the staff is very courteous and helpful. It is easy to make reservations and get in and out. Most of the time there is very little waiting time for shuttles either at my car or at the airport.

I like the speed that I am picked up both coming and going at the airport. Also, I like that the driver will put my baggage on and off the shuttle.

Super easy booking, easy to find where you going. Shuttle met me at my car right as I parked, and the driver immediately loaded up my bags. Super easy to navigate on my own for the first time!
