Guest Testimonials

The accessibility of the place and how clean and easy it is to navigate the parking lot. Also, the politeness and kindness of the staff.

Loved how easy the process is and defiantly not expensive at all.

Good service from entrance to shuttle to leaving. Friendly staff.

Very prompt.

I love that, when we finally arrive at CMH, no matter how long all the delays are, a Parking Spot driver is there waiting to take us to our car. We don't have to worry about coordinating someone to pick us up and worry that they will be up and driving in the middle of the night. Once we land, our plan is in place and the chaos we've endured fades away. The employees of the Parking Spot are always welcoming, pleasant, and efficient. You can't ask for anything better.

It’s easy and the staff is great!

Perfect

I enjoy being able to make my reservation for my parking at the same time as I make my flight reservations. I do not want to have to search for some kind of a parking spot or be concerned that there might not be one. Instead, it is tremendously convenient to know that you have a spot and it is a covered parking area.
Transportation to and from the airport has never been an issue. They are prompt and picking me up at the airport as they are prompt in taking me from parking to the airport.

Easy shuttle, fast parking, affordable cost.
