I live 5 min from Beaumont and prefer to drive across town bc top to bottom it’s a very well run YMCA!
The children’s program makes the gym accessible to parents. I love the workout classes. The gym is clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly.
Pilates
I’ve just started to try classes and activities. Jump Start, on New Years Day was a fun way to try new things! As a Sliver Sneakers member I have loved the pool, sauna and walking track.
I’m thinking Functional Fitness and Yoga may be a good fit for 2024.
Water fitness
I only use the workout area. Spacious, minimal wait for machines and clean.
I like the wide range of classes. There is something for everyone from beginner to advanced. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
Haven’t done any programs yet. Just walked & got on a couple cycling machines. I’ve used the sauna & hot tub too. Everything is clean & spread out. Ladies room lockers, showers , changing areas are great! Even tho it was crowded over the holidays, there was still plenty of room!

The Whitaker YMCA is so clean and the facilities are absolutely beautiful and well designed. We, and our kids, also love the childcare facilities and caretakers! The pool is the bomb.
