I like the equipment and facilities. It appears that after the new equipment was installed, cleaning has gone downhill. When the sun is shining in, dust is very apparent. It would be a great thing to start a reminder that others would like to use the equipment. Some people sit and talk or text on their phones for long periods. Time limit signage or other reminders might help. They would also need to be changed often enough to be noticed.

I like the aquatic center

I like the yoga both Saturday rotation and the Silver Sneakers yoga. I really enjoy aqua fitness!

I love that it has an equipped gym full of different exercises, it also has a swimming pool, basketball court, etc. I’d recommend it to anyone that lives in the Hamburg area and needs somewhere to get a quick stretch and have some fun.

The "Y" has something for everyone. Professional, kind team members who always help you out.

Definitely a 10 - great facility overall

I like a variety of the exercise classes that are offered. I also appreciate all the instructors. They seem to really like what they do and want to lead us in a great work out.

Nice pool

Love the pool and locker rooms. However, when I was there last weds., the benches in the sauna were so hot l burned my feet.

I love the programs offered, especially kids sports and work out classes!

Pickleball!!! Absolutely love playing at the Whitaker Bank YMCA. This location is so convenient for us, but more then that it is a place where we now feel at home. The employees are super nice and very accommodating. Also, the health center has been wonderful for me to begin getting into better shape. I have a personal trainer (Jeff Wilson) and he has been kind, patient and informative with instructing me on all the new equipment. I would absolutely recommend getting a personal trainer, even for a short time, to all new people interested in learning how to work out safely. 10 out of 10, I recommend the YMCA.

I love the instructors and classes I take. The facility is really nice, it’s bright and clean. The location is good for me. I’ve met nice people there.

Great facilities and staff!

Lots of different activities. Regarding pickleball for which I go often, you are making changes to accommodate all level of players such as times and especially efforts to move the beginning players to a separate courts and offering them instruction. Without sounding superior, it's just a fact that it takes most of the fun out of my participation when 1 or 2 of the players in a game is a true beginner.

I like the classes especially Fundamental Fitness and the instructor. I took the pickle ball class from Shana which was excellent and played the next day. I plan to continue both activities. Friendly staff

Even when crowded it dosent ever feel crowded. Employees very helpful and nice. Always some equipment available.

There are several different programs you can choose from whatever your fitness level you are The instructor and the people in the are friendly and encouraging.

They are fun ,and very good workouts !!
