Childcare is great, friendly and awesome at distracting my toddler quickly so he doesn't cry long after I drop him off. And the classes are diverse and fun. And I love bringing my teens to swim or exercise while the toddler is in childcare so I can get quality time with my older kiddos.

Location and acceptance of Silver Sneakers program. Instructors are great and the caring and support of every group of people is a Christian value that I especially love.

I love the E-Gym and row machine. I also like that I have options for other machines so I don’t feel I’m doing the same exercises all the time. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

There are a nice variety of programs for active older adults. I also recommend the EGym for the ability to adapt to each individual.

The pool was awesome. My kids loved it. The family changing/shower rooms were much better than what we typically use at the Martin Y in Beaumont.

It’s the best place in town to exercise. Always clean and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Will is the best, he always has a smile on his face and speaks to you as you enter the building. The equipment is always well maintained and the E gym is fantastic .
