I have felt welcomed in every class I’ve tried, and always have access to the Egym when I need it.
I enjoy the Track and Nusteps. Egym is a good way to do your exercise. Ron is a very nice person at the Y.

You have multitudes of programs to choose from. My only negative experience was with your front desk receptionist. I don't know her name but I asked her a question and instead of looking into my request she reflexively handed me the cost brochure. The gentleman, I believe his name was Will, heard us and very politely and professionally said he could help and answered my question and solved my problem while also giving me his card so I could contact him when I needed to request the same accommodation. Hopefully your front desk receptionist learned something.
