I love the variety of fitness and strength I can do in the gym. From the weight room, yoga, cycling, eGYM and group fitness, I enjoy all the areas that fit my needs.

It’s hard to fit all the things in that I want to do around my work and family schedule but I can always find a great class or spot in the gym to get things accomplished!

I enjoy the variety of instructors and their encouragement and positivity. They each bring something special and they all make a huge impact at the Y. The members I have met in classes are welcoming and make this place fun.

I love group fitness! I need to give a shout out to Emily Krebs, can’t say enough good things about her, I get so much out of her classes. All of the instructors are wonderful! This is a wonderful community to be a part of! If I had to critique anything, It would be the weights/mats in the group fitness area-they’re in rough shape and there aren’t enough of heavier weights to go around.

The YMCA is my home away from home! I love teaching classes at the Y and have gained so many lifelong friends through instructing! I also love taking classes from other instructors, doing the EGYM, and learning Pilates reformer. The Y will always be a part of my life in every season!

I work out independently utilizing the different machines. I wish you opened at 5:00 instead of 5:30 so I could get a better work out prior to having to get ready for work. Miss Mary is the best!

I use the elliptical machines, egym, Mah Jongg Mondays, splash pad with my grandchild during the summer visit, Cheryl’s Silver Sneakers on occasion and Erica’s Functional Fitness. Love, love the sweet staff, family feel and generous, knowledgeable leadership Ron, Will and Nicki provide. My second home!

Always something wrong with one of them

I have only done LIFT, HIGH, and Silver Sneakers Classic. Love them all, great instructors (particulalry Dana and Stephanie, who always make sure those needing modifications know what to do) but the only one that is easy on the ears is SSC. The audio level of the other 2-- I have to wear ear plugs. My watch notifies me 2-3 times per session "extremely loud environment, 90+ decibels." Hearing loss is linked to higher dementia levels...this is honestly my only complaint.

Facility is very clean and equipment is maintained. Classes and instructors are great. Staff is very helpful. App is a little weird. It lists/ counts all the indoor walking, running and cycling as outdoor. Looks like it does this to everyone if you look on the activities section.

Our daughter really enjoys the swimming pool, and my wife plans to use it in the near future. We have used the walking track many times during the winter. Since we are moving closer to your YMCA. In the coming year, We will be using your facilities for many other activities as well. We are glad that you are in the area.

Variety and class instruction

This is my favorite Y. I really enjoy the Egym, large indoor pool with a water slide, outdoor splash pad, big steam room, and huge hot tub. What would make it even better is a Suitmate located in the Family Corridor.
