There are lots of equipment for exercise plus you have sauna steam room I think this is the best place and I will recommend to my friends and family
Good Coverage of activities that I enjoy doing.
The instructors are helpful. They made me feel welcome. They made me feel comfortable. The programs and activities are useful and many to select from. I wish there were water fitness classes in the evening.

I can't speak about the activities and programs. I only utilize the pool area.

I feel great every time I'm at the Y.
The pool is great. There is some inconsistency in how life vest rules are enforced, but most of the time we are able to do what we need to in order to develop swimming skills with our daughter. The coach has been great!
I like the fitness center and the many options available.
Way more gym equipment and bigger space than the YMCA on loudon. I liked how all the weight plates were the same and not mixed match. No missing dumbbells. The space you have to walk around gym equipment. No waiting to use anything.

The kids corner is such a great benefit to being a Y member! My daughter always has fun and the staff is super! I love the different classes and times offered and equipment is great!
