I absolutely love their walking trail, I tried water aerobics which is great I’ll definitely go again. I hadn’t tried Silver Sneakers Class they all look older then me what age do you have to be able to join the class? Sincerely

I love how I am greeted when entering the Y, the staff is so friendly.
The walking track is top notch and always a good spot to begin a work out.
Pickleball is fabulous and such a good work out for any age group.
I am looking forward to beginning with a personal trainer next week, that should improve my overall function quite a bit.
The YMCA offers so many choices for you, thank you.

Very nice facility and equipment, but getting worn and in need of repairs.

I’m there mostly for the pool area. It’s where I can exercise with the least pain after my hip replacement.

I like that the availability to be near by and that whenever I’m there, there is always equipment available to use.

Variety of activities for changing fitness goals! I have had mobility issues this year with a torn meniscus and was able to continue my exercise routine because of all the options/ equipment available to me.

Good programs for seniors.

I do the water aerobics program and the maintenance done in October was awesome. The pool is so clean and the pool temperature is perfect. Awesome maintenance job. Also the help is so nice. But the women's locker is too cold. why is their fans on? When we come out of the pool we don't need the fans on in the locker room.

I enjoy the youth sports and the activity room for my son.

I love the gym and exercise equipment that is provided. I also enjoy using the steam rooms and hot tub to relax my muscles after my workouts. Another thing I like is the family rooms that are provided at the YMCA. It helps when I bring my children with me and we need to change our clothing.

Love the variety of workout classes. Kim Riggs is among the awesome instructors!

Very clean and well maintained. Employees are helpful and sociable………….just a great place to go and work out.
