I have used zerorez in the Seattle area with good results. My son used them here in meridian on 2 different days to get the whole house. He described to me very different techniques on the 2 days. I had the same experience. I had my cleaning Tuesday, when finished 2 spots became evident. We scheduled for the next day to come back, different technician, very different process to get rid of the spots. Very strange. I have a problem recommending because there's no telling who will show up and what process will be used.

Zerorez utilizes a unique cleaning process that uses mostly water instead of chemical cleaning products. As such, it does not leave cleaning residue in your carpets. STEVE recently cleaned my carpets, with above-average cleaning results. I have trusted Zerorez with the cleaning of my carpets since the first week they were in Boise many years ago. I highly recommend this company.
