I love that no chemicals are used to clean the carpets, meaning there is no leftover residue. I also appreciated how easy the online reservation process was. Our technician was prompt, thorough, and friendly.
Some traffic areas in the living room didn't look cleaner at all despite it only being two years old and lightly used by a retired couple. It definitely wasn't the fault of the technician, we was thorough and worked hard. We've used Zerorez for many, many years in another state where the results were much better. We lived in a rental house for ten years. The carpet was at least five years old when we moved in. We had two dogs that constantly got the carpet dirty. The carpet always looked great after Zerorez cleaned it.
Even though our technician was running at the tail end of our window, he still gave me a good plan of attack.

Excellent stain removal process. Technicians have always been pleasant and helpful. ZeroRez cleanings last longer than other services I've had over the years.

My carpets look and feel great.
We have used your company in the past and were very satisfied. This time, however, we left for less than an hour and came back to find the young man who was cleaning gone without completing the job. We had told him we’d be back within the hour. He did not leave any fans to help dry the floor and we don’t believe he shampooed the bedroom carpet, because it was barely damp in some places. Other times it was wet for a few hours. He had some problems with the vacuum in his truck and had to wait on another truck to finish the floors in the front room and dining room. Not a problem for us though. Maybe this threw him off of his schedule for other jobs, but he should have completed here first. We are satisfied with job he did in front rooms. Think we should be refunded for bedroom. Don’t want the hassel of moving furniture out again at this time.
