The tech was very thorough, kept me informed on what he was doing. We had a pretty dirty carpet and he did good getting up stains. The tech very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Zerorez and the tech.
Zerorez was fast, professional, and did a great job.
I asked to have two areas pet-spot treated. The rep called to tell me that he found $300 in spots that needed teared. I agreed, then came home to find the two spots I was concerned about still smelled like urine. I called was told they would come back to re-treat the spots. I had to cancel the appointment and during my mother’s funeral the rep called me twice because they never cancelled the appointment, despite the text they sent me confirming the cancellation. The next week I voiced my frustration with them. Again, my only option was to schedule another appointment, I did. One of the spots still smells like urine. The customer service had been rude both times. And based off how long it took them to re-spot treat the two spots it’s clear that was never done the first time, since the whole first clean and $300 in spot treatment took slightly longer. I won’t be using them again!

How quickly I can get an appointment, my grout and furniture look amazing, there is no lingering smell, and the team members are always polite and professional.
The carpet dried quickly, they looked clean and no harsh chemicals were used to clean the carpet.
I appreciate the ease of booking an appointment and the level of communication not only about the upcoming appointment, but the technicians as well. I recently had my carpet cleans and had a couple of very stubborn stains that kept "coming back" when the carpet completely dried. I called your office on two separate occasions and was pleased that a technician came out to re-clean the area. I'm happy to say the stain appears to be gone and I appreciate a company who is willing to stand by their work until the client is satisfied.
Mike was great to work with. He took care of the stains and got everything out. He explained and gave us tips to take good care of our carpets. Cody was good too and was helping him.

Thanks for another amazing job done on our carpets throughout the house. It smells so much better in the house because of the clean carpets. Hard to believe that clean carpets can make such a big difference in smell and appearance. Zeroez is the only company that cleans my carpets anymore because of the job they do. Thanks!

My carpets turned out great! And they took great care in the home…they removed their shoes, put protective guards on the corners to protect the paint. Overall I was very happy! I will use them again 👍

Told my husband he would be hour to hour an half and only was there for 45 minutes and then it was extra to clean the carpet in the main bedroom. Talk about money money money. And then, he gets a tip? Come on people senior citizens are not made of by money. Last time I use Zerorez, thank you!$
Friendly, quick, easy, clean
We have used ZeroRez for multiple different residential and commercial cleanings and have never had an issue. We had a scheduled a cleaning May 27th. The technician was great, very polite, and did a great job with the cleaning service. However, the day after, my husband noticed a large chemical looking burn on our front lawn next to the sidewalk, the patch was completely brown and fried compared to the grass around the burned area. That burned patch was where the technicians truck was parked and where he has his hose laying. Zerorez damaged part of our property that was not part of the cleaning process. It was memorial weekend and I called multiple times and they weren’t open. On May 30th I contacted the main number and let them know the situation. Heather said to email her photos of the issue and she would forward the the technicians manager. She offered to give me credit on my next cleaning (before I sent photos or spoke to a manager about it, and I told her that after this damage I didn’t know if I would book a service again). I have attached the email I sent her and the photos. She emailed back on June 3rd, with a “he said” response from the technician manager and that the grass would grow back while watering it. She also acknowledged that wasn’t the best answer but didn’t have anything else to say. I emailed back on June 3rd stating my frustrations and concerns about how as a customer was brushed off when I had an issue of my property being damaged. I asked for a manager or owner to contact me directly to speak about how Zerorez handled the situation. I still have not received an email back or phone call.
A great carpet cleaning by the technician, does not mean that ZeroRez can damage our property during the process and take zero responsibility or accountability as a company.
The email response Heather sent that was supposedly what a technician manager told her to say is definitely not following the “our process, our people, our promise Moto or the “gotta love or guarantee”
