Pleasant service person, friendly but gets on with business. (my cat loves Shawn and he’s only one of a few she does hide from!!!!)
Technicians are courteous, very professional and do serious, comprehensive termite dwelling/crawlspace inspections and also Terminix techs do a separate bait stations inspection that is very through. Each inspectron ends with a personal review of the inspection findings by the technician with the homeowner.
