I have been a long-time customer for a while and I like having Terminix serve my home, however I prefer a more experience service member to serve my home.
It seems your new hires do not do a deep spray for pest control. They don't spray in the corners of the windows, doors inside and out and etc.
Each time the new hires come, spiders appear, little insects in the windowsill and of course other hard bugs.
It would be greatly appreciated if they would take the extra mile before moving on to the next house.
Once again our Terminix technician and friend, Leo did a incredible job 👏 and brought Elsa our American Eskimo a baked doggie treat, she's slowly coming around to Leo. Always great conversation and laughs with Leo.

First and foremost, our technician Nathaniel Lowry is very caring, flexible, friendly, helpful, honest, kind , knowledgeable, nice, polite, professional and respectful! Nathaniel is just a really great man and we are very grateful to have him as our technician! He’s someone that we can depend on! He’s always upfront with us and we never have to question what he tells us as far as whatever he’s doing with our property! Whether it’s our concerning our quarterly pest control service, our dehumidifier maintenance or our termite inspection service! And on top of all of that greatness, HE IS OUR BROTHER IN CHRIST AND WE ARE BLESSED AND GRATEFUL TO KNOW HIM!!! Terminix is a top notch company and if we ever have any issues, concerns or problems; they are always there for us! All we have to do is call them! Even the office personnel are just really caring, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and respectful people! I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!
